The Westchester Specialty show was held at the Lyndhurst Estate in Tarrytown, New York on September 10, 2006. Weather wise it was a gorgeous day and more gorgeous was the 108 Vizslas that participated in the show. Every Vizsla was a winner.
Of course the show wouldn’t be complete without the great lunch that Stan Miller and Steve Shlyen prepared for our participants and guests. Main entrée was your choice of Pork Roast with Apricot Glaze or Salmon with Dill Sauce. Naturally they were served with all the trimmings and delicious dessert for those who could indulge.
We had a successful raffle in which we raised over $500.00 to help defray the cost of the show.
Many thanks to all the members who participated, their guests, our photographer, all our friends who supported our trophy fund, our committee people who without them we could not have a great show, and anyone else that we forgot to mention.
